Model Set Up

We will create a fully-customized version of 4-SIGHT for your institution using data you provide to us. This guarantees that the model reflects your institution’s unique characteristics.  The data requirements are light and consist of readily available information such as: student headcount, retention rate, graduation rate, tuition and fees, and total compensation.

 

Financial Projection Report

You will receive a detailed analytical report that includes a 5-year financial projection and an in-depth analysis of the main drivers of the projection and up to five key performance indicators (KPI). This professional quality report can be shared with your governing board and university leadership and will be extremely valuable for strategic planning. In addition, you will receive a working copy of the customized model so that you can run your own scenarios. Finally, we will provide a year of technical support for the model.

 

Annual Update Report

The model can be updated annually, such as when you close out your fiscal year, to reflect current information You will receive an updated analytical report that addresses the same variables and KPI as the initial report and evaluates progress made on strategic financial and enrollment goals. In addition, you will receive an updated working copy of the customized model and a year of technical support for the model.   

 

Additional Modules

If you have more specific questions to address, specialized modules can be added to the 4-SIGHT Model that disaggregate student and financial information to examine the financial impact of: a) different student groups (such as athletes vs. non-athletes, Pell vs. Non-Pell), b) academic divisions (departments or schools), or c) the workforce.
